We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to potentially join our team in a hybrid work setting. As a Commercial Estimator at Beehive BPO, you will play a crucial role in accurately estimating project costs for commercial and residential developments.
Responsibility
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project information
- Evaluate material and labor costs to ensure realistic project estimates
- Attend site visits and meetings to assess project requirements
- Communicate estimates to relevant stakeholders and make adjustments as necessary
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial or Residential Estimator
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
