We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Photographer to lead high-profile shoots, manage lighting, composition, and post-production, and partner with top brands and agencies to craft visually compelling campaigns.
As a core member of our creative team, you will own pre-production planning, direct talent and crew, execute on-set photography, and deliver polished imagery ready for client review and final delivery. This role combines artistic vision with technical excellence and project-management discipline.
What you'll do: collaborate with creative directors, manage lighting rigs and camera setups, shoot on-location and in-studio, supervise post-production and color grading, maintain creative consistency across campaigns, and ensure timely delivery of assets at high quality.

Responsibility
- Lead and execute high-quality commercial shoots on-location and in-studio, ensuring brand alignment and technical excellence.
- Plan lighting setups, camera angles, and shot lists with the creative team to maximize impact.
- Direct models, talent, makeup, and crew to achieve a cohesive aesthetic.
- Manage production timelines, equipment, and on-set logistics to meet deadlines.
- Oversee post-production workflow including color correction, retouching, and file delivery specifications.
- Collaborate with art directors and clients to refine concepts and deliverables.
- Maintain organized asset management and archiving for efficient retrieval.
- Ensure consistent brand aesthetics across campaigns and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional photography experience in commercial, fashion, or advertising contexts.
- Proficiency with in-studio lighting, an off-camera lighting setup, and LED/flash gear.
- Strong post-production skills using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One.
- Portfolio demonstrating cohesive branding, color, and composition across campaigns.
- Experience directing talent and collaborating with creative teams and clients.
- Excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-location and in-studio with problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
- Understanding of color management and output specifications for various channels (print, web, social).
