Responsibility
- Plan and execute high-quality commercial and editorial photo shoots from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with art directors, stylists, and clients to define creative direction and shot lists.
- Set up and operate lighting systems, backdrops, and camera equipment; on-set workflow management.
- Direct models and talent; ensure compositions, exposure, color, and narrative alignment.
- Retouch and color-grade selects to meet brand standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate logistics with producers, secure permits, and manage location scouting.
- Maintain and care for equipment; organize digital assets and metadata for efficient delivery.
- Deliver final deliverables in web, print, and social-ready formats.
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional experience in commercial and editorial photography with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with studio and location lighting setups; familiarity with Profoto, Godox, or similar systems.
- Advanced retouching and color correction in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; strong attention to detail.
- Excellent visual storytelling, composition, and branding sensibility.
- Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment; reliable on-location performance.
- Willingness to travel for shoots and adapt to changing schedules.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
