You will collaborate with art directors, stylists, and clients to plan shoots, manage on-set operations, lighting, and post-production to ensure cohesive, publication-ready assets.

As a Lead Photographer, you’ll guide concept development, direct models, and supervise on-set lighting, camera setup, and ensure consistent color across deliverables. You’ll also own the post-production workflow, including color grading, retouching, and final asset delivery.

Responsibility

  • Lead planning and execution of photo shoots from concept to delivery
  • Direct on-set photography, lighting setups (strobes, modifiers, natural light)
  • Collaborate with art directors, stylists, and clients to refine concepts
  • Manage crew, talent, time management, and location logistics
  • Ensure high-quality capture with proper exposure, composition, and storytelling
  • Oversee post-production workflow, color grading, retouching, and delivery of final assets
  • Mentor junior photographers and interns, review work, provide feedback
  • Maintain and organize camera gear, backups, and studio inventory

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years professional photography experience in fashion/portraits/commercial
  • Strong portfolio showcasing editorial and commercial work
  • Expert knowledge of lighting (studio and location), camera systems, lenses
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom; color grading and retouching skills
