We are seeking a Lead Photographer who can translate strategic concepts into stunning imagery across studio and on-location shoots. As our Lead Photographer, you will drive image quality, creative direction, and technical execution from concept to delivery, while mentoring junior shooters and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibility
- Lead all photo shoots from concept to final delivery for commercial, fashion, and portrait assignments, ensuring client vision is realized.
- Collaborate with the creative director and clients to define visual direction, mood boards, and shot lists.
- Plan and execute studio and on-location lighting setups, camera selections, and production logistics to ensure optimal results.
- Direct talent, stylists, makeup artists, and on-set assistants to secure efficient, professional shoots.
- Oversee post-production workflow, including image culling, color grading, retouching, and final delivery with branded specifications.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to timelines, budgets, and licensing requirements for all deliverables.
- Mentor junior photographers and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the studio’s overall creative output.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional photography experience in commercial, fashion, or portrait work with a strong, diverse portfolio.
- Proven ability to lead shoots end-to-end, from concept through post-production and delivery.
- Proficiency with full-frame mirrorless/DSLR cameras, studio strobes, continuous lighting, modifiers, and grip equipment.
- Expertise in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop; strong color grading and retouching skills; attention to detail and high production quality.
- Excellent communication, client management, and on-set leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple shoots and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography or related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
