As a Photographer, you will manage end-to-end shoots, handle lighting setups, direct subjects, and ensure brand-aligned results. This is an exciting role for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

  • Lead and execute photo shoots for fashion, portrait, and corporate clients, ensuring creative and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with art directors, stylists, makeup artists, and clients to define concepts and shot lists.
  • Set up and manage lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment across location and studio environments.
  • Direct models and subjects to achieve expressive, publication-ready imagery; provide clear direction and feedback.
  • Capture and curate imagery, review selects with editors, and deliver retouched final images on schedule.
  • Retouch and color grade images using Lightroom, Photoshop; maintain consistent color and quality across projects.
  • Manage post-production workflow, including file organization, backups, and delivery of final assets.
  • Maintain equipment inventory, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety on set.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of professional photography experience across portrait, fashion, or corporate shoots.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating lighting mastery, composition, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with professional camera systems and lighting gear.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; knowledge of color management and retouching.
  • Ability to direct talent and collaborate with creative teams; excellent communication and time management.
  • Flexibility to travel for on-location shoots; ability to work evenings/weekends as required.
  • Positive, client-focused mindset with high attention to detail and reliability.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to assist with studio setup when needed.
