VA Masters is seeking a proactive Commission-Based Recruiter to join our growing team in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. This contract role rewards performance with a generous commission structure, allowing you to control your earnings while helping clients find exceptional talent.
As a Commission-Based Recruiter, you will source, screen, and place candidates for a variety of client requirements, with a focus on sales and client-facing roles. You will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, manage candidate relationships, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role specs and timelines. You will also track progress in our applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to offer.

Responsibility
- Source and screen candidates for a range of client requirements, with emphasis on sales and business development roles.
- Post job ads, search databases, and leverage social networks to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess cultural fit and candidate qualifications, and summarize findings for clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage candidate records in our applicant tracking system, updating status, notes, and next steps.
- Engage in candidate outreach and follow-up to maintain interest and momentum in the process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand role requirements, compensation bands, and timelines.
- Track placement metrics and contribute to continuous process improvements to increase win rates.
Qualification
- Proven recruiting or sales experience, preferably in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong phone and video interview skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, email outreach).
- Strong relationship-building and candidate evaluation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the local job market in Nueva Ecija and broader Philippines is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
