In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and lead thorough commissioning activities that drive reliability and performance. You will develop commissioning plans, execute FAT and SAT, document test results, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. You will also oversee the creation of as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and smooth handover to operations teams, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and energy efficiency.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end commissioning activities for ACMV systems across multiple data center projects, including planning, test procedures, execution, and acceptance with clients.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists aligned with project design and performance criteria.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and BMS teams, as well as external contractors, to ensure system integration and on-time handover.
- Execute FAT and SAT, perform site commissioning, document results, raise and track non-conformances, and drive timely resolutions.
- Perform functional testing of controls, sequencing, alarms, and interlock logic to ensure reliability and energy efficiency.
- Manage commissioning deliverables, provide progress reporting, and support commissioning close-out with clients, including as-built documentation and O&M manuals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in data center commissioning or ACMV systems, with hands-on site exposure.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, controls, and building management systems (BMS/EMS).
- Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC) and data center best practices; ability to implement FAT/SAT protocols.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Relevant certifications in commissioning, controls, facilities, or related fields; willingness to travel to project sites as required.
