We are looking for a diligent Construction Operations (Landscaping) team member to support on-site tasks in Catbalogan City, Samar. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who take pride in transforming outdoor spaces and delivering high-quality workmanship. You’ll work with our field crews to prepare sites, assist with planting and hardscape installation, and help ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy across projects.
As a member of our operations team, you will:
- Assist with site preparation, grading, and material staging for landscaping projects.
- Support planting, irrigation, and installation of hardscapes under supervision.
- Help track project progress, document on-site work, and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment in accordance with safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling to minimize waste.
- Attend briefings and training sessions to improve skills and efficiency.

- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Local resident of Catbalogan City, Samar, or nearby area (preferred).
