Responsibility
- Oversee daily on-site operations, monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance across multiple trades.
- Develop, manage, and update project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6; track milestones and critical paths.
- Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and site logistics to maintain workflow and minimize delays.
- Review drawings, specifications, and change orders; lead RFI and submittal processes.
- Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety plans; drive a culture of safety and incident prevention.
- Manage on-site budget, forecast costs, and control expenditures to protect project margins.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and maintain transparent communication with clients and leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of construction project leadership with a proven track record delivering commercial or multi-family projects.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, trades, and on-site coordination.
- Proficiency with scheduling and cost-control tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel).
- Strong safety mindset with working knowledge of OSHA standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required; PMP certification is a plus.
