Responsibility
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
- Oversee on-site operations, quality control, and safety compliance to meet company standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely decisions.
- Review contracts, change orders, and risk registers; manage project documentation.
- Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule.
- Lead procurement activities and vendor management to optimize costs.
- Develop and mentor site teams, promoting a culture of quality and safety.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; master's degree a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of proven construction project management experience on commercial or multi-family projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and BIM tools (Bluebeam, Revit).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Active certification such as PMP or CCM preferred; ISTQB or LEED credentials are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, change orders, and risk with data-driven decision making.
