Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and residential construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Oversee site safety, quality control, and compliance with codes and regulations to ensure project integrity.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, bidding, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design issues and optimize constructability.
- Monitor progress, provide regular status reports, and mitigate risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Coordinate client communications, change management, and project documentation for transparent handover.
- Foster a high-performance team culture focused on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of construction project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar construction management software
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a client-facing mindset
- Solid knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, QA/QC processes, and contract administration
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- PMP certification is preferred or equivalent professional certification
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
