Join Bluestone Build & Co., a premium construction firm delivering high-end commercial projects across Houston. We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
In this role, you will partner with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards. We value proactive leadership, clear communication, and a relentless focus on safety and efficiency.
What you will do:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and on-site coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Monitor budgets, manage change orders, and forecast financial performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control processes.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
- Obtain necessary permits and manage regulatory compliance throughout construction.
- Provide leadership to site teams, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements.

Responsibility
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction to handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules with MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Monitor costs, manage change orders, and control project cash flow.
- Ensure site safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment.
- Procure materials and services, manage procurement timelines, and track delivery.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to project teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably with commercial/build-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and cost control tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- PMP certification is a plus; willingness to obtain if required.
