Responsibility
- Lead planning, scheduling, and budgeting to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Direct on-site coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Monitor safety programs, enforce site rules, and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Oversee procurement, change management, and contract administration.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure quality control and handover readiness at project closeout.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience on commercial or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, risk, and contracts; PMP or CCM preferred.
- OSHA 10/30 certification; ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
