Responsibility
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for assigned sites
- Coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure scope alignment
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, and risk; implement corrective actions
- Prepare and manage change orders, RFI processes, and closeout documentation
- Manage procurement, subcontractor selections, and vendor relationships
- Lead on-site coordination meetings and site inspections
- Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA standards, and project specifications
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site projects, schedules, and budgets
- Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost-control tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience with subcontractor management and safety programs
