Pioneer Builders LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial and multi-family projects in the Denver area. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on site leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibility
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple trades
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures
- Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Coordinate procurement and subcontractor performance, ensuring quality standards
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Communicate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to manage expectations
- Review contracts, change orders, and ensure proper documentation
- Mentor site supervisors and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; or 5+ years of PM experience in construction
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management on commercial or multi-family builds
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control
- Proven ability to read blueprints, specs, and MEP drawings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project) and BIM basics
- Active in good standing with OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 and relevant licensing
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
