Pinnacle Construction Group is seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead complex building projects from initiation to closeout. Based in Seattle, WA, this role blends strategic planning with hands-on site leadership to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead cross functional project teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize productivity
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure quality results
- Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and adherence to codes and standards
- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide transparent reports to stakeholders
- Review drawings, resolve RFIs, and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to align scope and expectations
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of construction project management experience on commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, safety regulations, and quality assurance
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risk, and subcontractor performance
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred; willingness to pursue is a plus
- Travel flexibility as needed for site visits
