Responsibility
- Lead planning sessions and develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate architectural and engineering teams to ensure design intent is met within budget and schedule.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, bidding, and long‑lead item tracking while maintaining vendor relationships.
- Oversee safety programs, conduct site inspections, and enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, perform cost control, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve field issues promptly, manage change orders, and maintain documentation for closeout.
Qualification
- Baccalaureate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive construction management experience on commercial or civil projects.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑discipline teams and complex schedules.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore) and bluebeam or similar tools.
