We're seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee project lifecycles from procurement to closeout. You will partner with owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality buildings on time and on budget.

In this role, you will apply your expertise in scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and safety to ensure every project meets our standards of excellence. You will mentor junior staff, drive collaboration, and implement best practices that elevate project performance.

Responsibility

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet scope, time, and cost targets.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on design intent and execution strategies.
  • Monitor construction progress, review submittals and RFIs, and enforce quality control and safety programs on site.
  • Manage change orders, cost control, procurement, and on-site coordination to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
  • Lead daily/weekly site meetings, document progress, and provide transparent status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
  • Develop and maintain risk registers, corrective action plans, and closeout documentation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience in residential and/or commercial sectors
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, QA/QC practices, and commissioning
  • Proficiency with project management and BIM tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD or Revit)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to read drawings and specifications, manage subcontractors, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent preferred
