Join Blue Ridge Construction Group, a premier construction firm delivering luxury commercial projects across the Dallas area. We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead multi-phase initiatives from pre-construction through close-out.
In this role, you will partner with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are achieved on time and within scope. You will manage procurement, document control, risk management, and field operations while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from kickoff through commissioning.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets; monitor progress and variance analysis.
- Manage procurement, subcontractor performance, change orders, and contract administration.
- Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards.
- Collaborate with design teams, clients, and suppliers; communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and permits; coordinate inspections and approvals.
- Lead QA/QC processes to ensure quality workmanship and timely close-out documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent proven experience).
- 5+ years of construction project management experience on commercial or multi-family projects.
- Strong budget and schedule management experience, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget (project portfolios up to $20M+).
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and BIM coordination.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and OSHA compliance; demonstrated safety leadership on sites.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with subcontractor procurement, RFIs, and change order processes.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contract documents; problem-solving mindset.
