Responsibility

  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality align with contract documents.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive project success.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the project schedule, critical path, and major milestones.
  • Monitor costs, control budgets, manage procurement, and prepare accurate owner reports.
  • Enforce safety programs, lead site meetings, and conduct quality inspections.
  • Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and manage change orders and claims.
  • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain proactive stakeholder communication.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience on commercial or mixed-use projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts (AIA), and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven budget control, risk management, and change management capabilities.
  • Ability to read drawings and specifications, coordinate field operations, and ensure QA/QC adherence.
  • OSHA 30+ certification preferred; safety-minded and results-driven.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
