Join Summit Construction Co., a premier builder delivering landmark commercial, hospitality, and multi-site developments in Dallas. We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead project teams from preconstruction through commissioning.
As a Project Manager, you will own project delivery, safety, scheduling, budget management, and stakeholder communication. You will collaborate with Owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure quality, on-time execution, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera; monitor critical path and production milestones.
- Coordinate with Owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; manage RFIs, RFI logs, and change orders.
- Oversee safety programs on site, enforce OSHA guidelines, and drive a culture of safety and QA/QC.
- Manage procurement and subcontractor relationships, review bids, negotiate agreements, and track payment applications.
- Monitor and control costs; provide accurate forecasting and monthly cost-to-complete reporting.
- Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders; prepare progress reports and executive updates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience on commercial or multi-site projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency with project management and estimating software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore); ability to read plans and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- PMI, CMAA, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
