Join IronBridge Construction Co. as a Construction Project Manager to lead complex building projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality across all phases, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams including subcontractors, engineers, and inspectors.
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety compliance on site.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and consultants to align scope and changes.
- Manage risk, change orders, and claim resolution with transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with building codes and permits.
- Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and smooth closeout activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience delivering commercial or multi-family projects.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and permit processes (OSHA 30 preferred).
- Proficiency with PM software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and perform site inspections.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
