Responsibility
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk registers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate design development, procurement, and field teams to streamline communication and execution.
- Oversee site safety, QA/QC, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Manage subcontractor bidding, selection, and performance to deliver value and quality results.
- Monitor project cash flow, change orders, and cost controls; produce regular stakeholder reports.
- Lead client and stakeholder communications, managing expectations and issue resolution.
- Review and interpret drawings and specifications; ensure constructability and accuracy on-site.
- Champion closeout activities, including commissioning, as-built documentation, and warranties.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of construction project management experience on commercial or multi-family projects.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and BIM basics.
- Solid knowledge of building codes, safety standards (OSHA 10/30), and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications; strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed (up to 20%).
