Responsibility
- Lead all phases of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors for seamless communication and decision-making.
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and deliverables using industry-leading tools.
- Perform budget management, resource allocation, and risk analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage on-site inspections and quality assurance for all deliverables.
- Mentor, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams to encourage top performance.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years' proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Project or equivalent project management software.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex project issues rapidly.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
