SummitBuild Constructors is a premier construction firm delivering iconic commercial and residential projects across Austin and the Texas Hill Country. We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multi-phase builds from kickoff to closeout.
As a PM, you will collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality. You will own critical project milestones and be a trusted liaison among stakeholders while maintaining a sharp focus on cost control and risk management.

Responsibility
- Lead all phases of construction projects from initial planning through commissioning and turnover.
- Develop, maintain, and track integrated project schedules; manage resources and critical path.
- Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and control change orders to protect profitability.
- Coordinate with owners, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure scope alignment and quality.
- Monitor safety programs; enforce OSHA standards and site safety best practices.
- Provide regular progress reports, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate project closeout, warranty, and turnover documentation with a focus on client satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience on commercial or multi-family projects.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling (MS Project, Primavera P6), and change management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of BIM and field coordination; familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality and client relationships.
- PMP certification is a plus; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
