Responsibility
- Develop and manage project plans as well as schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies
- Lead site teams and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control programs
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Manage change orders, cost control, and financial reporting
- Facilitate meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Oversee permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure timely project closeout
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of construction project management experience on commercial or industrial projects
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 and construction platforms like Procore
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations; OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Proven leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings; strong analytical problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate subcontractors; willingness to travel as needed
