Responsibility

  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain master project schedules; track milestones; coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Manage project budget, procurement, change orders, and cost-control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, safety regulations; drive safety program.
  • Liaise with owners, architects, engineers; produce regular progress reports and dashboards.
  • Oversee field operations; mentor site supervisors; conduct weekly progress meetings.
  • Implement BIM coordination and 4D scheduling; optimize logistics and sequencing.
  • Ensure quality assurance and commissioning; drive closeout and as-built documentation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale commercial or multi-family projects.
  • Strong proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project, BIM coordination tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications; strong attention to detail.
  • OSHA 30 training and commitment to safety; knowledge of safety regulations.
  • PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred; US work authorization.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings within the NYC area as needed.
