We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead complex builds from pre-construction to final handover. Responsibility
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain master project schedules; track milestones; coordinate with subcontractors.
- Manage project budget, procurement, change orders, and cost-control processes.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, safety regulations; drive safety program.
- Liaise with owners, architects, engineers; produce regular progress reports and dashboards.
- Oversee field operations; mentor site supervisors; conduct weekly progress meetings.
- Implement BIM coordination and 4D scheduling; optimize logistics and sequencing.
- Ensure quality assurance and commissioning; drive closeout and as-built documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale commercial or multi-family projects.
- Strong proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project, BIM coordination tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications; strong attention to detail.
- OSHA 30 training and commitment to safety; knowledge of safety regulations.
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred; US work authorization.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings within the NYC area as needed.
