We’re seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and closeout with safety and quality at the forefront. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on field coordination to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibility

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and baselining; own the critical path and milestones
  • Coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to clarify scope and expectations
  • Monitor cost performance, manage change orders, and control project budgets
  • Oversee field operations, safety programs, quality control, and punch-list completion
  • Review drawings and specifications; resolve conflicts in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders; provide accurate progress updates
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, permits, and regulations

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site or large-scale projects; strong budgeting skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) and MS Office
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus; OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
