Job description
Join Pinnacle Construction Group as a Construction Project Manager and lead complex building projects from inception to handover. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
You will collaborate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to steer project execution, enforce quality standards, and optimize field operations.
Responsibility
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate on-site operations, subcontractors, and procurement to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Monitor progress against milestones; provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Administer contracts, change orders, and cost controls to minimize risk and waste.
- Collaborate with design teams to resolve issues, manage permit processes, and approve drawings.
- Mentor site teams, foster collaboration, and promote sustainable construction practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience with a proven track record.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, QA/QC processes.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and manage RFIs/Change Orders.
- Willingness to travel to on-site locations and work extended hours as needed.
- Certifications such as OSHA 30, PMP or CCM preferred; LEED accreditation a plus.
