Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate project planning, scheduling, procurement, and field operations for multiple concurrent projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, change orders, and cash flow to protect profit margins.
- Ensure execution of constructability reviews, safety plans, and quality control programs across all phases.
- Monitor progress, prepare weekly dashboards, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, vendors, and subs to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
- Mentor site superintendents and field staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or multi-family construction.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and BIM coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- OSHA 30/Construction Safety Certification or equivalent preferred.
