Responsibility
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop and manage risk registers, change orders, and contingency plans to protect schedule and budget
- Oversee safety programs, ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and promote a culture of zero incidents
- Monitor progress using field reports, dashboards, and collaboration tools; report status to stakeholders
- Manage procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract administration
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative project environment
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of safety, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with project controls software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and BIM tools
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers in a fast-paced environment
