We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with owners, architects, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Develop and control project scope, budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and change management processes.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
- Review drawings and specifications, provide constructability feedback, and implement value engineering where appropriate.
- Monitor safety programs, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and variant analyses for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Lead subcontractor coordination, RFI/RPC processes, and supplier management to optimize performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; or equivalent proven experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of construction project management experience on complex commercial or multi-family residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, Procore, BIM coordination, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Deep understanding of safety regulations (OSHA 30+) and site-specific safety plans; commitment to a safe work environment.
- Ability to read plans and specifications, perform risk assessments, and manage subcontractor performance.
- Experience with urban construction challenges, permits, and utility coordination is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States; willingness to travel within the region as needed.
