Responsibility
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and budget development.
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and contract administration with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building code requirements.
- Communicate regularly with clients and design teams to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience on commercial or multi-family projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent) and BIM basics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications; capable of coordinating across multiple teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required and work occasional weekends based on project needs.
