Join SummitStone Construction as a Construction Project Manager in the Los Angeles region. You will lead complex commercial and multi family residential projects from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with clients, designers, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibility
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to handover
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and change orders; monitor cost performance
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure design intent and quality
- Manage on site safety programs, inspections, and compliance with building codes
- Monitor progress against milestones; adjust plans to mitigate delays
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and clients
- Review submittals, RFIs, and quality checks; ensure closeout documentation is complete
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative field culture
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; or 5+ years of project management experience in construction
- Proven track record delivering complex commercial or multi family projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling (MS Project, Primavera P6) and cost management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficient in safety management and compliance with OSHA standards
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and submittals; proficient with ERP or project management software
- Certification such as PMP or LEED is a plus
