We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception to handover. In this position you will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage day-to-day construction site operations ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical path analyses.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and procurement, including change orders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align scope and timelines.
- Monitor progress, document field issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
- Provide regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor site teams, foster a culture of quality and accountability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a track record of delivering mid-to-large scale projects.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project) and estimating tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred; willingness to obtain if required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and a dynamic environment.
