Responsibility

  • Lead and manage day-to-day construction site operations ensuring safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical path analyses.
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and procurement, including change orders.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align scope and timelines.
  • Monitor progress, document field issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
  • Provide regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor site teams, foster a culture of quality and accountability.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a track record of delivering mid-to-large scale projects.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project) and estimating tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred; willingness to obtain if required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and a dynamic environment.
