IronPeak Construction Co. is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial builds from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strategic oversight, hands-on leadership, and a relentless focus on safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
As a primary liaison among owners, design teams, and subcontractors, you will drive coordination, mitigate risks, and deliver projects that exceed client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design intent and specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain baselines, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to maintain on time delivery.
- Oversee safety programs, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with all governing regulations.
- Manage change orders, RFI processes, and procurement to control costs and prevent scope creep.
- Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for critical path activities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Prepare and present status reports to executives and clients, highlighting performance and value delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in construction management or related field; PMP or CCM certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects of significant scale.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Proven experience with project scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and BIM tools;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams.
- Ability to read drawings and specs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget; strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 15-20% as required by project locations.
