We’re seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead complex site builds in the Denver region. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

Responsibility
- Lead day-to-day construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Monitor and control project budgets, change orders, and cost reporting.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Implement and enforce site safety programs to protect workers and comply with OSHA standards.
- Oversee quality control, inspection regimes, and commissioning activities.
- Provide clear communication to stakeholders with regular progress reports and dashboards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience on commercial or multi-family projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and QA/QC processes (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) and BIM coordination basics.
- Experience with subcontractor management, procurement, and value engineering.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed within the region.
