Responsibility

  • Lead day-to-day construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, change orders, and cost reporting.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Implement and enforce site safety programs to protect workers and comply with OSHA standards.
  • Oversee quality control, inspection regimes, and commissioning activities.
  • Provide clear communication to stakeholders with regular progress reports and dashboards.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience on commercial or multi-family projects.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and QA/QC processes (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) and BIM coordination basics.
  • Experience with subcontractor management, procurement, and value engineering.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed within the region.
