We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee complex builds from bidding through completion. This role blends leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC in a fast-paced environment. Responsibility
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet milestone targets.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, cost control, and change order administration.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project scope compliance.
- Oversee site safety programs, inspections, and QA/QC processes.
- Review drawings and submittals, issue RFIs, and maintain RACI matrices.
- Prepare regular progress reports, conduct meetings, and manage stakeholder communications.
- Resolve on-site issues, liaise with permits, inspections, and code compliance.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience on commercial or multi-family residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Proven experience with budgeting, cost control, and change order management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with safety standards and building codes; CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; BIM familiarity is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
