Responsibility

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet milestone targets.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, cost control, and change order administration.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project scope compliance.
  • Oversee site safety programs, inspections, and QA/QC processes.
  • Review drawings and submittals, issue RFIs, and maintain RACI matrices.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, conduct meetings, and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Resolve on-site issues, liaise with permits, inspections, and code compliance.
  • Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience on commercial or multi-family residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Proven experience with budgeting, cost control, and change order management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with safety standards and building codes; CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; BIM familiarity is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
