  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals; ensure quality control across trades.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of on-site supervisory experience on mid to large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications; experience with Procore or similar project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training; ability to enforce safety plans on-site.
  • Willingness to travel between project sites as needed and to coordinate with multiple teams.
