Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Sales Assistant Manager to join our team at RecruitPedia Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales in the design and build tender sector, leveraging your expertise and network to secure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of construction sales experience, with at least 3 years of QS consultant experience, specifically in REDAS Design and Build. You should also be familiar with the REDAS Design and Build Code of Conduct (CoC).
Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the design and build tender market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualification
- 5-8 years of construction sales experience.
- 3 years of QS consultant experience in REDAS Design and Build.
- Familiarity with REDAS Design and Build Code of Conduct.
