Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end content production cycles from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with creative vision and brand standards.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource plans; track milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including writers, directors, editors, designers, on-set crew, and post-production.
  • Oversee on-set operations, safety, permits, locations, cast and crew logistics, and equipment management.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations; ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to tailor content for platform-specific formats and audiences.
  • Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure timely delivery of final deliverables.

Qualification

  • 3-5+ years in content production, film/TV, or digital media with a track record of successful projects.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; adept at coordinating diverse creative teams.
  • Proficiency with production software, project management tools, and post-production workflows (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
