Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end content production cycles from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with creative vision and brand standards.
- Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource plans; track milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including writers, directors, editors, designers, on-set crew, and post-production.
- Oversee on-set operations, safety, permits, locations, cast and crew logistics, and equipment management.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations; ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to tailor content for platform-specific formats and audiences.
- Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure timely delivery of final deliverables.
Qualification
- 3-5+ years in content production, film/TV, or digital media with a track record of successful projects.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; adept at coordinating diverse creative teams.
- Proficiency with production software, project management tools, and post-production workflows (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Knowledge of safety guidelines, permits, union rules, and compliance requirements for location shoots.
- Problem-solving mindset, results-driven, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
