Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of live events, from ideation to post-event analysis.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams including creative, technical, and logistics staff.
- Develop and maintain event budgets, timelines, and creative briefs.
- Source and contract talent, vendors, and partners in alignment with event objectives.
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure flawless execution and exceptional guest experience.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to guarantee audience and team safety.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide exceptional client service throughout each phase.
- Incorporate technology and emerging trends to drive engagement and innovation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Entertainment, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience producing large-scale live events.
- Expertise in project management and team leadership.
- Strong network of entertainment vendors and talent agents.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with event production technology and virtual platforms.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
