Nova Entertainment Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Entertainment Content Producer to lead end-to-end content development for film, TV, and digital series. This role blends creative vision with data-driven production, partnering with directors, writers, editors, and distribution teams to deliver high-impact entertainment experiences across platforms.
Based in Los Angeles, you will own concept packaging, oversee production pipelines, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while maximizing audience reach and monetization opportunities. Responsibility
- Develop and shepherd content concepts from ideation to delivery across film, TV, and digital formats.
- Manage end-to-end production plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, and post teams to ensure creative fidelity and timely delivery.
- Optimize content for multi-platform distribution, including metadata, thumbnails, and SEO strategies.
- Coordinate licensing, rights management, and vendor relationships; ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to iterate on content strategy and packaging.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior producers, freelancers, and cross-functional partners.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, communications or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in content production within entertainment or media agencies.
- Proven track record delivering high-quality content for digital platforms and streaming services.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with video editing and analytics tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, YouTube analytics).
- Portfolio of produced content and case studies demonstrating audience impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and travel as needed.
