We are seeking a dynamic Entertainment Content Producer to join our award-winning team in Los Angeles. This role blends storytelling, production logistics, and partnership development to create compelling content across film, television, streaming, and digital platforms. You will shepherd projects from concept to publish, coordinating talent, studios, and crews while upholding brand voice and schedule.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage content production calendars and budgets for multi-platform entertainment projects.
- Coordinate pre-production planning, including talent casting, location scouting, and crew briefing.
- Oversee shoots and post-production workflows with editors, colorists, and sound teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and legal teams to align content with brand voice and rights considerations.
- Prototype and scale formats for short-form and long-form content across various platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent, studios, agencies, and partners to secure access and collaboration opportunities.
- Analyze content performance and audience insights to inform iteration and future concepts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
- 5+ years in entertainment production, content creation, or a related role in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end productions, budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.
- Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, and visual storytelling instincts with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with production software and post-production workflows; familiarity with editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills; ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of rights, licensing, permissions, and compliance considerations for multi-platform content.
- Ability to travel as needed and work evenings/weekends for shoots.
