VibeStream Studios is seeking a Senior Game Streaming Producer to lead end-to-end live production, content scheduling, and platform optimization. You will partner with creators, editors, and tech teams to deliver high-quality, interactive experiences for fans worldwide.
In this role you will own production pipelines, shape streaming strategy, and drive monetization initiatives while maintaining top-tier quality and reliability.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end live game production for multiple streams concurrently, ensuring high production value and reliability.
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and technical ops to design engaging formats, show flows, and segment planning.
- Optimize streaming pipelines across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, and mobile), ensuring low latency and high uptime.
- Develop and implement monetization strategies (sponsorships, subscriptions, bits, ads) and track ROI.
- Manage schedules, talent briefs, and post-production workflows; mentor junior producers and TDs.
- Analyze performance metrics (viewership, retention, engagement) and iterate based on data.
- Drive standards for on-screen graphics, overlays, and tech setups across streams.
- Ensure compliance, accessibility, and creator well-being; manage risk and incident response.
Qualification
- 5+ years in live streaming production, game broadcasting, or related field.
- Strong command of OBS Studio, Streamlabs, vMix, or similar; familiarity with Twitch/YouTube/FB Live APIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with on-screen graphics, video editing, and motion design basics; ability to brief designers.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze analytics and adjust strategy.
- Knowledge of monetization models, sponsorships, advertising in streaming.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred.
