Nova Entertainment is seeking a proactive Video Content Producer to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will bring a keen eye for storytelling, a solid understanding of production pipelines, and a can-do attitude to deliver high quality entertainment content across multiple platforms.
You will collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to conceive concepts, supervise shoots, and oversee post production while ensuring projects meet brand standards and deadlines.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end video projects from concept to delivery across social, streaming, and other platforms.
- Develop compelling concepts, scripts, shot lists, and production schedules with cross-functional teams.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency.
- Direct and coordinate on-set operations, talent, and crew to ensure safety and smooth execution.
- Oversee post-production including editing, color, audio, and motion graphics to achieve a polished final product.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and performance goals, optimizing for discovery and engagement.
- Review analytics and iterate on future content based on data and audience feedback.
- Mentor junior producers and interns, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualification
- 3+ years in video production or content creation, with a portfolio of entertainment projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Strong storytelling, framing, and editing sensibilities with attention to pacing and rhythm.
- Experience coordinating shoots, talent, and crews; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of digital distribution, platform requirements, captions, and accessibility basics.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, communications, or equivalent experience.
