As a key member of the creative team, you will manage end to end production, collaborate with writers, editors, and producers, and ensure on time delivery that resonates with global audiences. You will mentor junior producers, optimize workflows, and contribute to a data driven strategy that grows audiences and monetizes content responsibly.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end production for video, livestreams, and written content across platforms.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and external partners to shape compelling concepts.
- Develop detailed production plans, budgets, and timelines; track progress and adjust as needed.
- Optimize content for SEO, distribution, and audience engagement using analytics insights.
- Oversee post production including editing, color, sound, and delivery to distribution partners.
- Manage internal and external talent, contractors, and vendors to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to brand voice, legal guidelines, and accessibility requirements.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entertainment content production or digital media.
- Proven track record delivering video and multi format content for large audiences.
- Strong project management and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Expert with editing and post production tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of SEO, social media, and audience growth strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, film, media, or related field.
