Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end content production from concept to delivery for entertainment projects across TV, streaming, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, and post-production teams to craft engaging narratives and secure deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; track milestones and risk.
- Coordinate on-location shoots, studio sessions, and remote productions; ensure safety and compliance.
- shepherd content through legal rights clearance and compliance checks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, studios, and distributors to maximize reach.
- Analyze performance data and audience insights to inform content strategy and future projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of production experience in entertainment (TV, film, digital) with a track record of delivering projects on time.
- Proficiency in production software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and project management tools (StudioBinder, Asana, Shotgun).
- Strong storytelling, writing, and pitching skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented.
- Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of rights clearance, union rules, and safety protocols.
