Job description

As a Content Producer, you will collaborate with writers, directors, editors, and talent to plan, shoot, and deliver compelling material for web, social, and broadcast formats.

Responsibility

  • Develop and own end-to-end content production plans from concept to delivery for multiple formats (short-form, long-form, and social)
  • Lead production calendars, coordinate shoots (locations, crews, talent), and manage budgets
  • Collaborate with creative, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure brand voice and consistency across all content
  • Manage on-set operations, director alignment, and post-production handoffs with editors and VFX teams
  • Source and manage external vendors, gear, and contracts as needed
  • Ensure content adheres to legal, compliance, and platform guidelines
  • Analyze performance data and iterate on content strategy based on metrics

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in video or content production in entertainment or media
  • Proven track record delivering high-quality video content on tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with varied stakeholders (talent, directors, editors)
  • Proficiency with production software and post-production workflows; basic knowledge of lighting and sound
  • Knowledge of rights, contracts, and platform guidelines; familiarity with SAG-AFTRA or unions is a plus
